This is a hands-on/application-focused course providing entry-level installers with the background knowledge and skills needed to function safely and effectively on the job and in accordance with the requirements, recommendations, and best practices outlined in the 8th edition of the Information Technology Systems Installation Methods Manual (ITSIMM).
There are two options for the Installer 1, a 5 day instructor led Installer 1 VCT course or the Installer 1 Blended which is split into two parts: a self-paced online training and a one day online hands-on workshop.
