In today's world of technology, there isn’t a need to elaborate on the requirement for more data. A simple Google search and every source out there confirms this fact. With this trend, the need for quick, easy, and scalable network installations is obvious. Which begs the question, "Why are we still using single fiber solutions?" With the rise in popularity of collapsible ribbon cables, higher density, lighter weight, and more fibers per sq. inch, are all possible with ribbon technology.
